At this time RZM Imports, Inc. is only shipping within North America. This is due to recent changes with VAT regulations in the EU. There are also delivery restrictions to some countries due to COVID. We hope to eventually ship internationally again in the near future. We apologize for the inconvenience.

STANDARD SHIPPING:
Any exceptions are labeled accordingly. Available items will be charged and dispatched immediately.

You will receive tracking information by email when your order has been
shipped. Delivery time is 2-4 business days for the East Coast and 3-6 business days for all other locations except AK, HI and VI (up to 8 days). Please note that these delivery times are approximate values stated by our delivery partners and cannot be guaranteed. Shipping addresses which contain a P.O. Box, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) can only be shipped via the USPS (United States Postal System). UPS (United Parcel Service) WILL NOT deliver to a P.O. Box.


PAYMENT METHOD:
We accept payments by credit card AMEX, Mastercard, Visa) PayPal, andApple Pay. All list prices are exclusive of sales tax.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER:
Please note: We cannot make any changes to your order after you have submitted it. If you need to update the shipping address or wish to change the books you have ordered, you will need to request a cancellation and order again. If the parcel has already been shipped and you need to change the shipping address, you will need to contact the delivery company.

RETURNS POLICY:
If the content of your order is incorrect, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@rzm.com and we will try to resolve the issue by sending you the correct item or replace the damaged one. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any other reason, please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost, which is non-refundable. Upon receipt of your return we will refund the full purchase amount of the returned items. Shipping fees are non-refundable. To receive a refund, please return your item/s to us within 14 days of the delivery date and in the same condition you received it to the return address below:
